love the color-tone of the cork. where did you get it?
How did you affix the cork to the wall? Is this just an accent wall

used cork floor tile for this job and had a wallpaper installer glue up the tiles. Good luck!

That's right. We used cork floor tiles and I had my wallpaper hanger glue them on the wall. It's been great to see the young man who occupies the space use it for his own personal collection. Happy Decorating! Lisa

Thanks for asking. The wall that looks like cork is actually a wallpaper, and it can be used as a light duty corkboard. If you click on the wall in the photo it will give you the manufacturer information
on the wallcovering. It is a mica wallcovering from Phillip Jeffries and we used it in this room with the idea that it could be used as a "light use" cork board. The two painted areas on the wall used magnetic paint so that they could be used for display. We applied two coats of magnetic paint and then
deer head and textured tile as area above bed.

custom made. You can purchase the cork at the hardware store (on a roll similar to a bolt of fabric). Rubber glue it on to a smooth backer board, Paint the bottom half of the board with chalkboard paint. Purchase and paint moulding for trim and attach with wood glue and finishing nails.
I like the slide so u don't have to come down the latter.
One thing I like about this photo is that it has a slide to get down!
