You need to attach the bars before you hang the pegboard.
deeper. also, the spice rack looks like it is attached to the pegboard, not by hanging on a rod, like the others but by what looks like two pronged bar "pegs" that are wrapped around the handle on each side.
I don't like the peg board for the office but the bar with cups of markers, etc., is what we had at our last place and loved. It is from IKEA.
When possible, create an open art station where children can grab supplies and create whenever they wish. For younger children, keep out less permanent objects like washable markers and pipe cleaners, and get paints
