What kind of sink would you put in an island square or a double bowl with the size bowls different?
dishwasher and only use your sink for the larger pots/pans - I'd get a single bowl as then you actually have room to wash them. Single bowls are becoming increasingly popular if you have a concern about resale. With the double bowl sinks, having a bigger side on one side is beneficial in that you have a space
for bigger items. If you are concerned about the symmetry, I'd say don't be, but there are some more square double bowls that just have the divider scooted over to allow for a larger bowl one side and a smaller on the other.
somewhat avoid the loss of space with custom slotted wooden tray, or look at one side of wooden dishrack, in case someone absent mindedly turns on the water. With stainless steel sink, get the heavier gauge metal and fashion finish that is spot resistant. I'm all washed up with ideas.
