What kind of flooring is this.? Love it!
The flooring on the inside is beautiful. I also like the stone work for the fire place.
What is the kind of the inside floor?
Absolutely love your concrete floor. How expensive this type of painted concrete? Is it a special technique?
re-sealed every 4-5 years to keep the luster & prevent water penetration.
How easy is this floor to clean. Would it need to be waxed periodically?
This floors is stained concrete. The stained concrete floor has 4-1/2" re-inforced slabs with in-floor hydronic heat from a geothermal / geoexchange heat
heat pump. For these slabs, there was pigment added to the concrete batch, the floors where finished smoother than usual, then other color pigments were etched into the surface with acid to give it a leathery depth. The floors are then waxed & polished.

Phoenix we most commonly suggest Travertine. It tends to stay the coolest but even after getting full sun for days on end it can heat up. Concrete based pruducts tend to get very hot and hold heat longer than natural stones. There are lots of colors to chose from in naturtal stone. Dark absorbs heat
