New deck and screened porch overlooking back yard. All structural wood is completely covered in composite trim and decking for a long lasting, easy to maintain structure. Custom composite handrails and stainless steel cables provide a nearly uninterrupted view of the back yard.

A Webster Groves, MO home reaches full potential with the addition of a shady front porch. Wood columns with cultured stone bases add texture, and a gently curving sidewalk leads to the Azek floor. Stone pavers create raised flower beds on either side of the porch.

A desire for a more modern and zen-like environment in a historical, turn of the century stone and stucco house was the drive and challenge for this sophisticated Siemasko + Verbridge Interiors project. Along with a fresh color palette, new furniture is woven with antiques, books, and artwork to enliven the space. Carefully selected finishes enhance the openness of the glass pool structure, without competing with the grand ocean views. Thoughtfully designed cabinetry and family friendly furnishings, including a kitchenette, billiard area, and home theater, were designed for both kids and adults.
Pamela Harvey Interiors
Our St. Pete studio designed this beautiful bungalow to exude feelings of warmth, comfort, and coziness without compromising on style and aesthetics. A beautiful neutral palette highlights the house's stunning decor and artwork. We also added statement lighting to create attractive focal points in each room. In the bedroom, we created a cozy organic feel with cane lamps, a salmon pink sofa, and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen was designed with beautiful white cabinetry and complementing countertops. A stunning blue and white backsplash adds a cheerful pop. We chose fun colors and accessories in the living room to create a light, casual ambience and a warm, lived-in feel.

This custom-built, modern home was constructed three houses away from the owner's original dwelling, which was a much more traditional and ornate structure. For their new home, the owners desired low-maintenance, single-story living with a contemporary feel. The house was designed to showcase clean lines, natural light and large open spaces to house their collection of paintings and sculptures. Integrity® Wood-Ultrex® windows, with a black exterior finish, met the design, aesthetics and energy requirements needed for the project. In keeping with the modern look, the Integrity windows helped incorporate large openings and glazing areas. As with most modern homes, bringing the outside view into the home is key to integrating the house with the landscape. The large window openings let the view be the artwork.
