Plaster Ceiling Pros- looks fancy and also looks really nice with that lighting. Cons- Would get really dusty fast and looks like it would cost a lot. I would put it in my dinning room or living room.

Hardwood Flooring pros - tongue and grove planks are easy to install cons - Expensive and easily dented popularly used in homes especially in living room and hall way areas.
Hardwood. Pros- looks nice, very durable. Cons- installation could be difficult. medium cost. You would find this in a living room. The flooring is very popular.

Found in kitchen or dining areas usually. Pros- Easy to install and easy to remove when repairs are needed. Cons- They are not sturdy and tend to wreck your ceiling after a while. They make take away space and make the room feel crowded.
