I have a large sample of this "carerra marble" Formica countertop. We have a large beautiful dark wood work table island that will be used in the kitchen and the perimeter of countertops will be in a different countertop material. We like Carerra
sell this countertop and have seen it on a 12 ft top. I believe that the repeat is 8 ft. This countertop is available at Lowes and Home Depot. It has a lot of depth to it and looks more real depending on what edge that you choose. Keep in mind, if you have a square edge on the front or the backsplash

tmcinnes: I'm currently evaluating marble-like quartz options. I have a sample of Cambria Torquay. It's got more beige in it and not as much grey. Silestone Lagoon has more grey, but less white than this island countertop. I'm betting that it's not quartz.
