Another good idea for baby proofing a bit open riser. Maybe two metal bars going across would be safer with allowance for light as yet.

The railing was actually manufactured utilizing solid bar stock, stainless steel with a brushed finish. The intermediate horizontal members are a hollow tube stock with the same brushed finish.

wall that is at an angle is certainly that. I have never seen a stainless steel stair rail before & like it, so long as it's brushed & not shiny like bars are in restrooms. Lastly, I haven't seen glass used in this way before on a staircase & now that I have, I can totally 'see' it's positive features
