best to combine the crushed and flat stones?
I love this path! The crushed granite in combination with flat stones looks great. I'm wondering what type
of width and base layer preparation is best (same PNW climate). Does the path need buried edging to keep the gravel in place? Finally, what about durability
lighter weight, you can set the stepping stones on mortar to keep them from rocking in the gravel. For this path, the gravel is 3/4" clean crushed granite
I am sure debris still makes it way to the path. Its best to not allow the debris to decompose on the path otherwise you can end up with weeds in the
weight commercial weed cloth with seams overlapped & pinned. This particular path has no edging, though I do often use edging. It depends on how clean a look
