This kitchen remodel involved the demolition of several intervening rooms to create a large kitchen/family room that now connects directly to the backyard and the pool area. The new raised roof and clerestory help to bring light into the heart of the house and provides views to the surrounding treetops

Thank you for your interest! The cabinets were fabricated by an Italian company: Scavolini. I believe that the finish is called "Italian Walnut".

Hi Kristin, lovely kitchen......my question is did you chose the ceramic wood look tile because of the durability vs wood or was it a design choice. Would you use engineered or plank wood in a kitchen? Thanks, Karen
I love this layout, it makes efficient use of a large space without it looking too crowded. Would it be possible to see the floor plan for this kitchen? Thank-you x

Play off of the size, shape, and style of the table and it's surroundings. Since this table is small and is adjacent to the kitchen, a decorative vase or bowl of fruit can even be the centerpiece. If you have a larger stand alone table, take cues from the decor around your table
