renovation project? I want to have a window seat put in my new home. Been trying to come up with ideals of how to make it all work out and blend in with living room. This is beautiful. Can you please tell me the size of the wall the seat was built into. What types of windows were used, etc.? thank you
18' (window seat to opposite wall) by 15' (fireplace to wall behind couch). The window seat is designed to accommodate a twin mattress. The seating area is 3' wide by 6'-8" long. The built-in bookshelves at each end of the window seat add a couple more feet to the overall bump-out. I hope this helps
