Where did you get the vanity -- or custom made? Who made it?

Hi, I am wondering if you might be able to design a similar but much smaller vanity for me - and perhaps Joseph Otto can make it -- but
We designed the vanity and it was built by Joe Otto (http://www.houzz.com/pro/doryotto/joseph-otto-enterprises).
We designed the vanity cabinet and it was custom built by the cabinetmaker. Since
Tiles were custom made by North Prairie Tileworks (http://www.houzz.com/pro/northprairie/north-prairie-tileworks-inc).
Wood was plain and rift sawn white oak. Stain color was a custom mix to match existing woodwork in the house.
The tile was nemo 1" unglazed hex C-27 terra cotta, which we got from Tile by Design in Plymouth, MN. Grout was #341 "Brick" from Hydroment.
