Fun modern (A like a kids' drawn house)
the historic neighborhood. "It's very structured and organized but allows for loose, very fun, vibrant individuals to live there," Swedberg says. The A-shape roof design is Swedberg's interpretation of an iconic house shape. “As a little kid drawing a house in school, it’s always a house with an A shape

Minor correction on the hood: Vent-A-Hood PRH18-236SS. The last two letters are SS for "stainless steel". It is everything vent-a-hood says it is: quiet, strong, well-made.
image below, the chimney was custom fabricated, the hood was not....the vent-a-hood fan was the same size as the cardboard model we made for the owner was.

I like the dark edges along top.....A
too much wood but I like the look of the cabinets. I would go with different handles and c tops to make more contemporary...a little too much wood.
