and colour of the stone on the fireplace?
I have a stone fireplace that's beautiful but no mantel
We have just tore down our fireplace to accommodate a 16ft depth addition. Our room is 17' wide with a vaulted ceiling. We love this look but our TV is 52" and our fireplace is a 42" I believe...we are trying to determine if we can make this fit. Also
Can you tell me the dimensions of the fireplace mantel shelf? Thanks!
Were did you get the fireplace brick? and what color?

TV and fireplace on same wall #2
You can use texture when combining a fireplace and television on the same wall. The extra texture actually makes the components subtler; the eye skims over the TV and fireplace, instead focusing on the wood, stone and cubbies. Design tip: Even if your fireplace is front and center, you can camouflage

How is it made possible to place the tv next to the fireplace?
It looks like a hidden door to the right of the fireplace. I'm working on one now and it's very tricky making the necessary clearance disappear on the right side. I'd love a closer look or guidance. Thank you!

I, too, am dying to know how the bookshelves were built on either side of the fireplace! I am on a BUDGET here, but I have a fireplace and the walls are indented on either side of my fireplace---so shelves would make a natural

Historic Whole House Renovation - Living Room
Hi. Not being very familiar with fireplaces, I would like to find out whether it does not get too hot for the TV above the fireplace? Or is it not such a problem? Kind regards, Lydia
I have white brick fireplace want to pain
Can you please tell me how you did this fireplace? What paint did you use over the brick? Also, how do you raise the hearth - does that make the opening of the fireplace smaller? thanks!
What is the fireplace made of? It's beautiful!
We were advised by a high end audio/TV installer to install only above a gas fireplace. The smoke from a wood burning fireplace will rise up and ruin the electronics. Hope that helps.
