limestone and marble, are more porous than others, and are more likely to absorb stains from substances like red wine and coffee. Acidic substances like lemons can etch surfaces, and even hair dye can stain a shower. Some stones, such as soapstone, are softer than others and can be scratched. Before committing

Is actually an color match to an old color the client had used previously in other areas of the house. So sorry I can't be more helpful, it was a creamy hello color but not to yellow.
picture it is very similar. When we picked out the slabs, there were huge differences in shades and runs of color from one end of the slabs to the other...so watch the cuts. If you want a homogenous look on your counters, you might need to buy an extra slab, and use the waste for a desk or a bathroom
woods. More than any other material, wood defines Craftsman style, thanks to its emphasis on natural beauty. Leave kitchen cabinets unpainted and coat them in a deep stain instead of paint for a warm, lustrous look. Oak is practically synonymous with Craftsman design; if you choose other woods, stick with

set-up of your kitchen... could you please tell me the length from the corner of the cooktop to the end of the ovens and from the other corner of cooktop to end of counter on other side? Thanks!

a fan of the granite or the brick fireplace (looks dated to me), but I do love the use of the white cabinets and the tiger strip ceiling along with other warm elements.
Corner fireplace! And other pretty things
