This craftsman home needed a kitchen update that maximized the storage potential of this home while maintaining the historic character of the era. We installed new DeWils custom cabinetry that extends all the way to the ceiling as well as creating new mudroom storage and built in seating. We installed beautiful soapstone countertops with an undermount farmhouse sink. The show stopper of the kitchen though is the green glazed terracotta backsplash tile. This pantry was completed in white with shaker style drawers and doors and oil rubbed bronze hardware. The counter top is a matte finish to match the hardware. Corner shelves maximize the space with wire storage baskets for more diversity and functionality. There are also vertical storage shelves for large baking sheets or serving plates.

This is a beautiful spa bathroom with open wet room shower featuring a free standing pedestal tub and pebble tile mosaic. The master bath also features an open light wood stained Oak vanity with industrial lantern sconce lighting and a beautiful light, yet warm overall color pallet.
