to me, this simply looks like a McMansion with a "Craftsmany-sort of-facade". Especially since the landscaping is all "new" and there isn't a single old growth tree to be found.
those of us in this part of the world (ie. along the Wasatch front, or in southern Idaho where I'm from), the best thing we could hope for that would be considered "old growth" would be some sagebrush, or maybe an old wind-beaten & battered juniper!
Window world also has this color and are backed by Good Housekeeping
