The white color you see used on the home is Ben Moore's Sandy White. The trim and eaves of the home are painted with Ben Moore's Downing Sand. Thanks

A bump out like this, "floating above the earth" as described here, is on the front of our house in a bedroom. In time, I want to bring footings down to the foundation and then install stone veneer
A cantilevered micro-addition is much like a bay window floating above the earth and expanding the footprint of the room. Just remember to insulate a floor exposed to the elements.
