How did you get the lighting on the beams without messy electrical lines?
Looking to have lighting in loft with similar beams, concerned about messy electrical lines/cords, etc.
Where can I find the info on the pendant lights
White ceilings and white cabinets. Dark finish on pendant lights hanging from beams.

pendant lights. What about using VaH 22" duct cover and having a soffit from the ceiling to set the height?

Craftsman Second Story Addition
A complete tear-off and new second floor now graces this this Seattle bungalow. A 3-Star Built-Green remodel, new energy efficient details were used through-out. This home was featured on the Cover of Fine Homebuilding Houses Issue #203 Summer 2009
the project worked well for us. We sold the property and recouped our investment, made a small profit and became neighborhood heroes for preventing a tear down and overs-scaled replacement. -Jim (j ARCHITECTS)
Brick, light blue w white trim and red door.
Bottom of posts made to match house siding. No post in center. Could add a post light there & take out old ceiling fixture. Note trims under eves.
it does increase the need for indoor lighting, the energy savings can be minimal. This type of coating is good for special applications.Spectrally selective coatings. These coatings are great because they cut out 40 to 70 percent of the heat but still allow the light through. That means a low U-factor

Cool stained glass panels in dropped ceiling - for over bar?
Can we color the sky lights??
(could be illuminated by electric lights instead of sunlight)
The stained glass drop-down ceiling gives a soft glow to this living area, which works great as a den/reading/study room. Here is an example of how repeating small patterns can have a substantial impact over a large area.
