This small addition accomplishes many things in one small footprint. This potting room, just off the dining room, doubles as a mudroom
I do love all of the windows! Very nice to pot plants!
Where is the ceiling fan from? I love it!
Love this space...it's very similar to a room I'm currently designing for myself. The shelf is not something I have considered until now....
compliment. We really enjoyed designing and working on this project. The floor is a marble mosaic from Walker Zanger. It is from their Opus Antic line. It is also laid over low voltage heating for a warm floor during the transitional and winter months.

worse things than boring, and well kept goes a long way. The east yard, which was the natural play yard, wasn't a priority, either since our baby wasn't even ambulatory. If I could do it all over again, I would have focused my first efforts on the front yard, the one I actually saw every day.Decide where
Getting things cleaned up and establishing new yard maintenance routines might be all you want to tackle your first season.
is this thing hanging from the gutter? We just bought a Craftsman so I'm looking at pics to get ideas and I've seen quite a few of these things that look like upside down cowbells. Having just moved to the Midwest from Virginia, I have never seen these before. Thank you

The living room and dinning room have been opened up to create a larger, more flexible space for living and entertaining. The ceiling in the central vestibule was lifted up through the roof and topped with a skylight
I love the large map in the center of the wall. Any chance you recall where you purchased this item?
