be about 4.5 ft? Also, did you use the same piece of trim on top of the wainscotting as you used on top of the doors and windows? Finally, is that 1x2 which is vertically separating the 8" MDF sheets?
Thanks. Wainscot is 60 1/2" high including a 3/4" x 2 1/2" plate rail. Rail is flat with continuous dado (groove) in top for plates to rest. Apron below is 5/8" x 3 1/2" and battens are 3/8" x 1 1/2". They are applied 8" on-center over 1/2" MDF sheets; there's no reason to cut the
the MDF into 8" wide pieces. Base is 5/8" x 7 1/2" with shoe to cover edge of flooring.

Square FloWise RH Elongated 1-Piece Toilet
Curious if these are 1"X3", or something thicker or thinner?
Thanks Kathryn, this picture is one that I have in my collection that is inspiring my 1/2 bath renovation currently in my home.
The floors are a white oak solid wood floor that is 2 1/4 w and 3/4" thick. It was stained with a product that my hardwood flooring professional tested, and I believe it was Miniwax American Brown or something

Could you please tell me the size of the pickets used on these stairs? Also, what is the distance between them when you use three together on one tread? 1/2 inch apart? Thank you so much!
Looks like the size of balusuters is 1" square grouped into three?
You did a lot of work !! Later I was looking at spindles which had 1 central post with a design using 2 posts - 1 each side - but also a horizontal element, linking the side ones to the central post .... so you have 3 posts, but 1 only in the stair.... as you say codes also come into play.
worth catagory: I did some measuring and conversion to scale. I think the spindles are 1 3/4" to 2". My contractor ageed with this. We are using 3/4" metal spindles in the same style (even though our stairs are 11 1/4"). We could not get wider metal spindles without having them custom forged. The other

wood windows. The office windows are a part of one unit with 5 1/2" spacing between each window. Thank you for your interest in our work!
Door: 3'-6" Entire side panel width: 1'-9" Trim around side panels and door: 3 1/2" at top and 5 1/2" at bottom. Thank you for your interest in our work!
This lot, for example, is larger in the front and becomes a smaller wedge in the back. I can tell you that the width of the front of this home is 34'-9 1/2". Depending on specific setback rules, this should help you determine if this scale of home is feasible. Thanks for your interest!
