Horizons shades, Hartmann and Forbes, Hunter Douglas and Graber all have this or very similar patterns in their programs. These are inside mounted and sometimes called old style roman shades or flat roman shades without valances.
these shades. To me, it looks like these are some form of woven wood shades, but do you have any sense of whether they are bamboo, reed, etc? I really love the color and the amount of light they let in and would like to find something as close to identical as possible, but it's hard for me to tell without
