These Fondo Tiffany tiles are made by Horus Art Ceramiche. The color is Crakle Biscuit PB and the item number is 750106. The size is 3x6. The Masonry Center is the name of the storeI bought these tiles from. They are located in Boise, Idaho. ~ Crakle is spelled like this. Not Crackle. Good luck
