I love this living area exactly as it is layed out in this picture. Do you have this living area set up this way in a plan with the master on the main, and 3 bedrooms upstairs?

floor plan! Wish I could afford to build it! Do you have a similar plan with less square footage?
That doesn't tell me the fireplace dimensions or the stone type used? I did find out the ceiling are 14ft. But that house plan was of no help on the fireplace.
