How tall is this ceiling? I'm debating on installing an island hood vent in my 11 foot ceiling vs a pop-up vent. What do you recommend?
It is an 18 by 33 foot open floor plan. Do you have any pictures of hood vents that are used in an 11ft ceiling?

Looks like that is a back painted glass backsplash. I have heard that in order for the glass to not have a green hue, you must use starfire glass? Is that what you used for this application? Thanks!
Hi moxzilla, it is a Miele pull-out vent hood with a custom stainless cover. We measured for the cover after installation to make sure it fit perfectly.
