I'm sure it's a masonry fireplace as well - especially in an older lodge such as this one.
This isn't my project, so I can't say for sure, but it appears to be a masonry wood-burning fireplace with custom doors and some very serious natural stone. Ironhaus
Love this fireplace. Is it gas? Someone told me you shouldn't vent a gas fireplace because you lose the heat in the room. Is this pre-manufactured or built on site?

Thanks for your inquiry! We are so happy you like them. The paneled walls are custom made. The panels rough dimensions on the side of the fireplace going left to right are: 3-1/2", 1'-11", 5", 1'-11", 3-1/2". Top to bottom are: starting with the large panel 4'-4 1/2", 5", 2'-6". Remember
