weather. Solution - Walls were sheetrocked with greenboard with a 2" gap along the cement floor. Plastic baseboard was used to cover the gap and prevent water wicking upwards. Walls and ceiling were painted a bright color to fill the room with light. Cement floor was painted for easy clean up in case of future
