What are the dimensions of that bathroom?
It is a very practical solution for a small bathroom. To make the window waterproof do it like on a wooden boat. The joists between window and ?lime facings seal with "sikaflex" and all the window with boat varnish "international" or similar. It will be the best method but under extreme circumstances

In bathrooms ~ all areas need to be sectioned off, i.e. Sinks can be open to shower, toilet and bidets should have private rooms.
FixtureAdding a gorgeous light fixture in place of old strip lighting can totally transform your space, and it’s something you can likely do yourself. Safety note: Make sure you use your breaker box to cut the power to your current fixture before removing it. Flipping the light switch off is not enough!
