I believe this is a steel original by Darcy Gould of Victoria BC, Canada done back in the late 70's Darcy had since done a lot of gorgeous bronze castings and metal assemblage art - see him on YouTube
putting a spotlight on your art will highlight it and make it stand out. But in this room the lighting increases the impact of the art by the shadows cast. Using lighting to enhance your art is another big subject, so I'll have to go into that in another Ideabook.
