Looking for a wood deck flooring that is watertight as it doubles for patio ceiling of 1st floor. This is a beautiful floor and would love something like this that can house electrical lights and fans underside.
This deck flooring is not water tight.
We installed a 55" Sunbright exterior TV. It has a built-in heater for the winter months. The exterior TV's are a bit pricey.

I putting a patio under my deck and debating whether to go with stamped concrete or pavers. I was favoring the concrete, because I eventually want to screen in the patio. The costs are similar.
