Typically neglected space between the refrigerator and the wall was turned into spice cabinets, ceiling height uppers maximize storage, and a mirrored backsplash creates the illusion of more space. Mirrored backsplash. Open a small kitchen by using mirror instead of tile as a backsplash behind the sink or range. Just be aware that an antiqued mirror will hide splatters better than a clear version.

Classy & Eclectic: A unique drift wood mirror centered above a white marble fire place. Clean lines, accented by soft warm woods and a cool contrasting blue.
Where can I find the mirror above the fireplace?

Hello-- There are so many factors in determining what is the best direction to go, and it sounds like it would be best if you contacted an interior designer in your area who can work with you directly--they can help you have a focused plan you can work towards. This is especially true if you foresee your

Love the mirror. Could I make something like this???
Driftwood is another easy find by the shore. It's stunning in a sunburst mirror centered above the mantel.

Is the this mirror custom made? Thanks.
How did you mount the sconces on the mirror?
No, actually it is not. It is a sheet of mirror applied to the wall and then it was trimmed out with the frame from MirrorMate.com -- a very affordable way to make a plain wall of mirror look like a custom framed one.
The mirror was cutout around the junction boxes -- fairly standard thing that most glass companies can do.

Is that wallpaper behind the fancy mirror?
Yes, the design is custom. If you decide to do a design like this a key tip is to keep in mind the size limitations of the indifvidual pieces (so they don't break) and location of seams. Seams were avoided in the design of this piece.
Love the use of tile & mirror

This looks wonderful, Rebekah. Great design work!
with all kinds of interior configurations, but not sure if it's exactly what you have in mind. It can be ordered with mirrored fronts to look good in a room but it's more designed to hide things rather than show them off. http://www.contempospace.com/bedroom-furniture/wardrobe-closets/corner-wardr

Use the mirror effect. If there's a tried and true trick for opening up a tiny room, it's adding a large mirror. This one is massive, but the reflection makes it feel transparent, so it doesn't seem as though it

Sorry for the delay. The headboard is a custom piece that I had made. You can have it made by nearly any upholsterer. The mirrors are actually frames from some tacky artwork that I removed and inserted glass.

great antique frames, place mirrors inside and hang them behind your bedside lamps. Not only is it a unique and unusual spot to place framed mirrors, but they will create a great reflective glow at night.
