pattern or repetition, there are times (like in this design) that decals would NOT work. For those who would like to recreate this look, hire a faux finisher. I've used decals before (like in my daughter's dorm room and yes, not only did I put them up, I took them down at the end of the school year) and
they are a nice touch, but not here. Not to mention, that for decals this large and numerous, the cost differential between the price of the faux finisher and the decals would be insignificant. And for flowers this large in scale, some are 5' in diameter, decals would appear flat and distracting. The
The hand-painted flowers in this design have dimension. A decal that large does not. For the record, I spent 4 hours on a ladder with the faux finisher placing the flowers around the room.
