surrounding area also needs to be factored in. Walls, patio, lighting and Plantings add to the scope and cost.
The pond and water feature as in this photo starts at 45 k and can go up from there. Size, type of equipment, access to the site, type of stone play a
opening to the water feature looks like someone harnessed a natural spring. From here I would put more nature into this. I might even almost completely hide
