I like the two shades of purple. What are the two types of plants?
Are they both russian sage or is the darker purple plant something else? Thanks!
Colors purple flowers rich will like
the lighter is russian sage. The darker purple is salvia nemorosa. I can't remember which cultivar I used here but I like 'Caradonna' the best. It's a very dark purple with extremely vertical spikes
Purple! Front yard, window flower bed.
Cloudlike Russian Sage Looking like a cross between lavender and Mexican bush sage, Russian sage combines fragrant grayish leaves with light purple flower spires, and it has a long bloom season. While

Questions5
Is there a design plan for this? What flowers are used?
think the white flowers in front are annual vinca (Catharanthus roseus), sometimes called Madagascar periwinkle. The purple spikes look to be annual salvia 'Victoria', and the tall orange flowers I think are annual Mexican Sunflower. All thrive in full sun.
I think the orange flower is an annual called
(Tithonia rotundifolia). Planted in spring after all danger of frost, it can easily grow to 6' tall in a matter of months. It's a great plant for cut flowers and attracting butterflies, especially Monarch.
I like the purple and white
Love tons of these purple flowers
Love to a of purple flowers but would need sprinklers
