I DON'T like the stairs, but I like the little cubby room behind it
What do you like about this photo? Love the phone nook
understairs phone nook, if only for its nostalgia. It conjures up lazy and long afternoon calls to a faraway friend. A dedicated area for phone use is a rarity today, when many people lay their heads on fluffy pillows right next to smart phones that blink and vibrate throughout the night.

I like this entry way with the phone and storage
coats, cubbies for shoes and book bags, and an invitation for your kiddos to put all papers that need signing into a basket (which you might need to hold as they walk in the door). By making a routine easy, you can get business out of the way and get on with spending time together.
