Are the reflective panels on the ceiling mirror or some other material? I've had a request for mirrored ceilin
The only rule of thumb that is super important is to consider what each mirror is reflecting. The mirrors in the above photo are reflecting artwork, and they look great. If they were reflecting a blank wall, or a tv set or a kitchen (gasp!), they wouldn't be nearly as wonderful!
Use reflection. Through the placement of mirrors on the wall and ceiling, walking down the hall you get this painting repeated in reverse and upside down. It's a pretty dramatic way to get you noticing the reflections then studying the painting to see how it looks
