flagstone floor for a living room, kitchen and entry. Was the flagstone applied in the same manner as for the exterior (with mortar and pointed with mortar) or was a grout used between stones? Also, did you apply a sealer for the interior and what did you use? Finally, would you use flagstone in the interior
Marjie, the flooring that was used here is a random shaped flagstone... not unlike what you would use on the exterior. It was carefully selected from the lot so that the chosen pieces were pretty smooth to eliminate as much unevenness as possible... plus the stone layers were very good!
