fact that it 'facilitates climbing'. It's a bunch of baloney to me. I've seen kids climb conventional rails in ways that would make your heart jump. What you have to do is simply think of a clever way to cover the rails with a panel of some type at the time of of your safety inspection. It doesn't have
know that it meets code at the time of inspection.
