I have this floor in my house and am looking to get some more to renovate. Is it stillalvailable
Where did the stone for the floor come from?
I am looking to create something similar in a mudroom addition. I saw in a comment that the floor is "field stone". Was it harvested from the owner's property or purchased from a supplier.
The stone floor is just a field stone floor. The wood floor is a mill run maple, with no stain.
I love the stone floor and
Field stone floor. Love it!
Entryways are a common area where we find ourselves wanting to change flooring. Stone or tile can stand up to moisture and mud tracked in from outside, but hardwood is still the most popular flooring material for the rest of the house. This entryway has two logical transition points at the openings

Where are the tile floors from?
The tile is Vermont Structural Slate's "Unfading Green" slate tile. It looks great next to a wood floor, but it would be best for you to obtain other color samples within their line of standard colors. VSS
is 1'-6" above the floor. The seat back is another 1'-6" higher above the seat. The seat depth is 1'-7". The seat back is at a slight angle (over the height it slopes back about 2 inches). As it turns out, this seat was constructed by the same folks who built the beautiful kitchen--Crown Point Cab

What type of wood is on the hall floor?
The grain looks similar to Walnut but the coloring is different. Maybe its just the picture. Here is a similar Walnut floor we just made for a client on Houzz.

What type of tile is this and brand name?
How did you build the closet doors? Are they custom doors with a wood veneer? Thank you! Do wood veneers have names the way tile do? If so, what is this veneer called?

What you make this floor curved??
Curved Line The tiles curve with the ceiling. Makes the room look larger since you cant see the end points.
Love the wood floor and pathway
The sunk-in floor is a unique feature
but use tile instead of brick on the columns..Love the elevated steps too.
Curved ceiling, stand alone furniture, nice lighting, flooring
