Yes, Dutch doors are generally more costly. Your cost would be based on the materials and installation specific to your home.

Half brick floor tile found at most stone
Love the door and can use slate or marmoleum tile for floor covering
Create an entry pad. Install impervious flooring in the area taken up by the swing of your door. It will help keep your living area clean and will visually suggest an entry. Just be sure to keep whatever material you choose level with rest of the room’s floor coverings.

could you please tell me the type and name of the floors. thanks
won't add the golden tone that comes from oiled based poly finishes. The floor also looks site finished. White Oak is a really pretty species and can also be easily stained whatever color you like.
Are these preto noshed floors or solid? Manufacturer? Thanks
color of floor? would this work with my oak cabinets?
instructions when installing new floors. You may like to read — as evidenced by your reading a dry article about floors — but that doesn't mean your installer does. If you have your doubts, look up the instructions online before install day. Tip: Some manufacturers recommend you orient the flooring according
light source in the room. In this picture the front door casts a flood of light on the floor. This oak floor was sanded and finished onsite, so the direction the boards run in looks good. However, some prefinished floors look better if the boards run with the light.

Entry hall with stone floor. Very rustic, humble feeling.
PLEASE CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT THIS FLOOR NAME IS AND COLOR? LOVE IT!
I have this floor in my house and am looking to get some more to renovate. Is it stillalvailable
Where did the stone for the floor come from?
I am looking to create something similar in a mudroom addition. I saw in a comment that the floor is "field stone". Was it harvested from the owner's property or purchased from a supplier.
The stone floor is just a field stone floor. The wood floor is a mill run maple, with no stain.
Entry: would we dupe the front porch flooring at the entry?
Field stone floor. Love it!
Stone Pros- Looks nice gives it a warm look Cons - Cold on the feet and hard to install You could find this flooring outside

What species and manufacturer is you floor?
It is a hickory/pecan mix. I don't remember the manufacturer, it is a site installed/finished 3/4" plank. The installer (Krystynick Flooring for those in Austin) supplied it, we had seen it in a few other houses, so we told them to match what they had done before
continues into the side lights), but you would not necessarily have to do this if you could find sidelight doors the width you want. The doors are installed normally and trimmed out to appear as one unit. Finally have screen made to fit the sidelight openings and you are done. We used nice slide bolts

Love the highlights is the dark wood floor
walnut wood floors, I love the variability
This natural walnut floor is the perfect bridge between the white cabinetry in this kitchen's periphery, the black island and the dark red stools. The wooden counter on the island pulls these contrasting cabinetry and furniture colors even closer together.
