Hi Jennifer, are those the original tiles or are they reproduction? I would love more information. Thank you! Kathy Marlin, Miami
Hi Kathy, The tiles are from a custom tile studio in California called California Pottery Tiles. The are a custom studio and produce historical reinterpretations of the famous Malibu tiles from the 20's. Their website is http://www.calpot.com/ and they have an application where you can select your colors
people to deal with. There is another picture of a bathroom with light blue tiles and a mermaid ..the client like light blue and we custom created the mermaid and picked the colors. They are known for their handmade ceramic tile: Old Malibu, Catalina & Arts & Crafts styles. Have fun!!

What kind of tile is this? What is it called?
What size tiles are needed for this pattern and in what proportion?
It looks like a Versailles travertine pattern. You can usually find this in stone and ceramic versions. Hope this helps. Beautiful entry way!

elliptical-arch door may be a bit more approachable for those of us on a budget, it certainly doesn't lack for style and class. Add more architectural interest with paneling or carvings, as seen in this stately door.
