I always thought the turn buckles were to go down from the hing top
Side then down diagonally to the bottom outside for support? Is this no longer true?
for floors and some steel angle (this is one of our early design/build projects). The doors all warped and the threaded rods were placed in order to pull them flat rather than to keep them from racking. Hope that answers your question.
