Hi, what a beautiful home. We have a house that is architecturally very similar, and would love to know the exterior body and trim colors. Thanks!
local cabinet maker made them: walnut veneer over MDF. The wall separating the Kitchen and the Dining Room is made using wood lath spanning horizontally between the wall framing on both sides of the room. The wood lath was cleaned using a drill and wire wheel attachment. We left the final surface natural

and manufacturer of paint on the exterior of this house?
What color is this house painted. It looks great
type of roofing! It's more of a desert Arizona, New Mexico type of roof. Is it possible to get this roofing in Lethbridge? Im about to build a new house and we are going to customized it from top to bottom.
Yeah it is, but it also happens to be a great earthy white color that is a wonderful base for Spanish homes. That bone white looks great with that blue turquoise trim on many of the architect's other homes. Add some old brick and black doors and hardware
It is a precast concrete chimney cap that was stuccoed to match the rest of the house and chimney.

I want my younger daughter to have a cute, fun room but I want it to be mature and neat. She wants her room to be bright colored!! So what should I do with her room??
colorful picture or other item (e.g., fabric, plate, rug, etc.) that your daughter especially likes. Of course, developing the palette at the scale of a room will probably involve some experimentation. You and your daughter might discover that you need to tone down the colors or use them more sparingly to
space; or, instead, that staying true to your inspiration requires a bold approach. Either way, it is often a good idea to test colors on a wall in the room before making a final commitment. --John Malick & Associates

transom window above this door is subtle and distinct. It adds tremendously to the transition between the rooms, not only in function (bringing light from one room to the next) but in beauty.
the transom maximises the height and space of the thoroughfare. And with the doors closed, the transom allows light to filter between rooms.

We are doing a Spanish house with wood floors and no baseboards in the main living area. My builder has already ordered the casing for around the doors. Is it ok to have casing
another Spanish house I did with a base, but no casing anywhere else. Hi Sara. Good question. I would definitely stick with the no casing idea for a Spanish house. If you really want to see one trim element
