What material is used for the walls? I'm new to home construction and I am planning to build a house within the next few years and I would like walls that are strong and easy to hang pictures and etc. THe walls in my current home are very hard to hang things on cause it breaks
areas and wood in others and have them all the same height. How is that done in this house?

This is Kemiko stone tone stain in black (tortoise shell brown black).
I love the stain. The local web examples I've been viewing look redish (TX)
tile or wood or cork flooring in a very light color that somehow can give me this feeling . So few products come in shades similar to stained concrete and that ones that do are expense for me.Or do I choose a black wood floor since no other color seems to match all the elements in the house yet this floor

what is the stain on the floor?
I'd like to know how u keep them clean? I have super dark Brazilian cherry floors custom stain...to match my kitchen cabinets. And they smudge easy and look dull...and they are new. I don't use product on the floor cause I don't want build up.
