Actually all the doors/Shutters were made from Kiln dry Merbau. We co-designed and prebuilt all the structures for this, the Kapalu Spa Hales Project including all doors etc, here at our factory in west Bali. www.balemaker.com

I've focused all of my design picks for a contemporary space in the city, but if I were decorating / designing a big 'ol place the burbs - this looks pretty turnkey and
standard doors. The glass panels set into them are all tinted and double glazed. Most important is your orientation and eaves protection, in this instance achieved by the retractable canopy over. As for bugs, we take the position that you'd never have all those doors open unless you wanted to move in out

Thanks. Ballard Craftsman dining room is 12'-11" x 14'-7". Ceiling is 9'-0". Light fixtures are antiques, but similar
closed railing...instead of pilasters. Railing could be all stone.
