Great design! I'm curious about the little ledge over the second floor windows, is that part of the window itself? Thanks.

I understand that you don't have floor plans available... Is there anyway you can give more details about the home? We are looking to build a home with similar dimensions. How many bedrooms and bathrooms? I noticed there was a sitting room and formal living
Seeing only the exterior is like looking at a pretty cake and not having any recipe for the cake. How do you have any idea about whether you might really like the cake. Maybe it's just a painting.
The house is about 2800 sq. ft. and the lot is about 8800 sq. ft. Best!

with a concrete contractor about staining or acid washing the pavers.
We were hired as the architect only for this home. Depending on the selections and regional differentiation for material cost, I would estimate approx. $180 per sq. ft. At 5,200 SF that would be about $936K plus land.

Hi. Where can I buy a floor plan similar to this. My husband and I are about to build a house and this is the most beautiful home. Thanks for any info.
12' porch depth and 12" post size you used on the Stone Residence be changed for our smaller plan to accomplish the same proportional effect? What about the window sizes on the top floor? We would greatly appreciate any advice you can give us. Thanks.
We r adding a family room and are putting in two sets of french doors. Each opening is about six ft. I love your doors. Am worried that ours are going to look like patio doors and am trying to figure out how to avoid that. Thank you!
