question. If you are asking what is the pink flowering plant directly under the trees, they are Penstemon, an perenial flower. The trees are Japanese Maples or Acer Palmatums.
The two trees are matching Japanese Maples, or by the botanical name "Acer palmatum"
I like the darker Japanese maple and the vincas and salvia in the border edging below the planters
