Moore 'Black' but you should get little samples of whatever paints you think you might want to use to make sure they work for you.
it is painted, Accoya is perfect for siding where wood's natural beauty is desired, but sustainability and high performance are of the utmost importance. Accoya is up to the challenge.
larger trim next to the brick and all of the paneling is a product called Accoya. It is an acetylated wood that is supposed to not need repainting for 30 years- we shall see...

Sellwood Library House
love the paint color! What is it?
I live in Sellwood and pass by and admire this beautiful renovation often. Can you please share the exterior paint and trim colors?
white paint! The paint color you add to cut your paint will depend on the base that was used to mix the color in the first place. So, if the color you're wanting to "cut" was originally mixed using a pastel base paint, you'll want to buy that same pastel base paint to cut your color. The good news is
at the paint counter will know. :)
The color is 75% of the saturation of Benjamin Moore color Iron Mountain. At the paint store they will do this for you.
Dark gray with BLACK Trim! This really creates drama that is clean and contemporary and NOT "cottage."

house with black shutters and a black door. Which one will work best?
Any dark brown would work, or you could paint the wood dark to match the trim like this house and go with any color you want. Paint companies can also make semitransparent stains out of most colors.
grey over black. CertainTeed landmark has a Moire Black I like that's darker than estate grey without being completely black.
Would you consider estate grey a dark charcoal grey? I am considering estate grey, slatestone grey and onyx black. The roof in this picture appears dark but when I drove by

What paint colors were used here?
white trim. I want to paint the door and shutters a fun color. I am not a traditional gal and am looking for a way to modernize it a bit, without getting a letter from the homeowner's assocation :)
