The wood is western red cedar. It is unfinished, vertical tongue-and-groove boards. It is turning a beautiful silvery-grey that melds nicely with the landscape. Glad you like
Hi Jared - the ceiling height on the each floor is nine feet, so the side walls on the exterior of the house are about 19 feet.
