slope and the code has been lowered to 28 feet plus 10 feet if the vertical drop is 10 feet or greater from the upside to the downside of the home. Our design is almost 45 feet which is too tall. Very frustrating as our town is mostly on sloped lots and has views of the Columbia River and Mt Adams.
